How to make a yummy smoothie!
Wanna make a delicious, creamy fat-free smoothie? All you need is some fresh/frozen blueberries, a tub of fat free vanilla or mixed fruit yogurt and a banana. If you like, you can add a splash of soymilk or plain milk to thin it out. Blend it all together in a blender and voila! I was suprised how it turned out, and its really healthy. You can add protein powder to it too, i'm not sure where else to purchase it other than Trader Joe's or GNC. I've been meaning to pick some up.

7 for all mankind jeans!
I must say, I LOVE this brand of denim. I admit I was really taken back by the price, though.

Awhile back i tried some on in the Nordstrom rack, and they looked really good. What I like about them is that the wash is very slimming. They also gave my butt some shape. Sadly I can't find a pair for under $100 unless they are used.

Disgusting.
I dont mean to point fingers here.. well yes, actually I do. http://www.unstirred.com/ has some nerve. You wouldn't believe the crap they say. The hilarious thing is, they probably have cellulite just like all the other 98% of women. For the record, I think that Hayden Panettiere is beautiful. Her body is FINE, seriously. She is not overweight and she looks so much better then all the other skinny women. In magazines like Cosmo and Seventeen she has very clearly stated she does not care what you think about her ass. She has also stated she is not your average model and she can rock her body. So I'm guessing she likes to stay the way she is. I hope you get over it.
Here are some screenshots I found rather disturbing:

I hope you all have adopted my feelings as your own. I am not just ranting on about this for shits and giggles, this actually gives me nightmares.

Body Gossip... *sigh*
The big question on my mind is WHY the fuck does this have to be so important to people? Is it really neccesary to devote blogs to criticism towards celebrities about their body? I don't think it is. I mean seriously, chances are you starve yourself and eat a bag of carrots a day then binge on a dozen donuts at midnight. Basically what this all boils down to for me is that womens bodys aren't meant to be observed and analyzed by insecure bloggers.... or whatever it is that you guys do.
Something else that ive noticed is that people get super excited when they see someone in Hollywood that is 'curvy'. Take Scarlett Johansson, one of my personal favs. I've heard someone say "I love her big ass thighs. I like that she isn't anorexic. blah blah blah". Yes, very true she looks healthy and magnificent and curvy but it shouldn't be such a shock to people. Alot of people would consider her to be thin. And really, she doesnt have big thighs. And is gathering over 100 pictures of Celebs like Evangeline Lily and Jessica Biel and posting them on your site/blog and asking people what they think, REALLY how you spend your time?It isn't fair to point out everyones flaws! And to be honest it is really quite pathetic. Stop! do something better with your lives.
I weep for this all to change.. No I dont hate skinny people. I accept all shapes. I just don't like the fact that you need to be a certain something, you know?
